Course Description

Get your bike road-ready and learn to keep it running smoothly all season long! In this fun, hands-on class, you’ll master the basics of bicycle repair and maintenance—from fixing flats and adjusting brakes to tuning chains, cables, and gears. Students are encouraged to bring their own bikes for repair and/or maintenance. Work alongside our experienced instructors to make repairs, boost performance, and gain the confidence to handle future tune-ups yourself. Class is taught by the volunteers at the Lake County Tool Library, 309 N. Seymour Ave, Mundelein, IL 60060.

Typically Offered: Offered summer, fall & spring.
