How do I drop a course?

2. Go to your enrollment history.
3. Navigate to your list of Enrolled classes and select “Request Drop.”
How do I join the Waitlist for a class?
Your name is added to the waitlist if your requested course section is full. On the website, full sections have a "Join Waitlist" button. You will be notified if space becomes available, and you will have 24 hours to accept the available seat. Instructors are not able to approve you to enroll in a wait-listed course.

How do I change name/email/address for my profile?
1. Click here to login to your account.
2. Click on “My Account” and select “My Profile” from the drop down menu.
3. Scroll down and edit the information you need to change.
I have a CLC ID#, do I have to register again?
Yes, if you wish to enroll in non-credit courses and/or programs, you will need to create an account with our new enrollment system. The Professional Development and Personal Enrichment departments will primarily use this new enrollment system for a large majority of their non-credit students. However, you will still use your CLC student ID # if you want to sign up for credit courses and/or programs on the academic side.
How to enroll multiple students in my family (Available for Personal Enrichment Explore, Engage and Fast-Paced programs)?
The first step would be to create a Family Account from here.
Once you have created the main Family Account, under Manage Members you would select add a member. You will be prompted to either invite a family member that already has an account, or add a new family member.
While signed into your family account search for the course that you would like to enroll in. Within the course click the + sign to open the course information. Click Add to Cart. At this point click Add/Remove a member under the fee. A selection box will appear for you to select which family members you would like to enroll. Now, proceed through the checkout process.
How do I acquire book(s) if necessary?
Your book will be stocked in the CLC Bookstore at Grayslake. They are filling online orders, shipping by UPS ONLY. You can visit their website to place your order and choose a UPS shipping option at checkout to have your textbook sent to you. If you go to the CLC Bookstore FAQ page, you will find more information about online ordering; just click on the green Online Ordering tab.
