IN-PERSON OR VIRTUAL LIVE CLASSROOMThis 15-hour course with the Broker Pre-Licensing Topics course (PRLE 2) fulfills the new education requirements for obtaining an Illinois Real Estate Broker license. This interactive course includes role play situations case studies and demonstration examples. You are required to attend all sessions which include: listing presentations buyer representations agency disclosures purchase agreements handling offers negotiating market analysis closing costs escrow money fair housing and anti-trust. A textbook is required and may be purchased in the CLC bookstore prior to class.
ONLINE ANYTIME CLASS
This 15-hour Online course with the Broker Pre-Licensing Topics course (PRLE 2-981) 60-hour course fulfills the 75 Hr. mandatory education requirements for applying for and taking the Illinois Real Estate Broker license examination.
This self-paced online course is delivered within the CLC Canvas LMS and provides a comprehensive review of topics and concepts learned in the PRLE 2-981 Broker Pre Licensing Topics along with role play situations case studies and demonstration examples with interactive lessons led via instructor U tube video presentations and available 24/7. Lessons include Agency Fair Housing Contracts and Escrow Valuation and Leases and Property Management. Work independently at your own time and place. The Instructor is available daily through email phone or by text.. Students will complete all five lessons in lieu of a final exam.
