Students with learn to decorate a 6-inch cake. Using materials provided by instructor students will learn how to identify and utilize the following cake design tools: turntable piping bag with tip cake board offset spatula rubber spatula. With the tools provided students will apply a crumb coat of frosting to cake apply a final coat of frosting then add designs such candies colors and a decorative border. Cakes will be safely boxed for the customer to take home.
