Join Julie Strauss, Ph.D., for an in-depth discussion of a president’s powers with respect to pardons and executive orders.  All modern presidents have issued them.  We will learn about how they have been used historically, whether the other branches have any say over their legality and whether they are ever an overreach of presidential power.
