Are you stressed? Pondering the past or fretting about the future? Searching for ways to improve your health and wellness or increase your contentment in life? Join us for this four-part series that will transform your life give you helpful tools in a fun and relaxed format. It will enhance your personal well-being even during stressful times. We will practice that incorporate breathing exercises guided imagery meditation and yoga.
