CCRF 19 - Glassblown Pyramids
Course Description
Add a touch of Egypt to your own home. These creations will make you smile and show off your glassblowing skills. Make a pyramid of glass that will be an amazing conversation piece. This hands-on class is designed for beginners with little or no hot shop exposure and will focus on making a one-of-a kind project of your choice using various processes and colors. Gain an appreciation for working with Hot Glass. Proper attire is mandatory: long-sleeved cotton shirt, long pants, socks, close-toed shoes, a pair of sunglasses. Course fee covers all materials. Class time may vary depending on the number of students. Pieces need to cool so you will be able to pick them up in three days. Parents of students age 14-17 must sign a waiver with Patterson Glassworks. Glassblowing classes meet at Peter Patterson Glassworks, 888 Tower Road, Unit E, Mundelein.Notes
Withdrawal or drop from class must be a minimum of 48 hours prior to class start date. If less than 48 hours, no refund will be available.
