Course Description

Influencer Training is a leadership course that teaches proven strategies to drive rapid and sustainable behavior change for teams and organizations.

By learning how to discover and counteract the complex web of forces underlying resistant organizational problems, you’ll be able to make change inevitable.

Learner Outcomes

After Completing this course, you will:

Know how to diagnose the causes behind any team or organizational problem.
Be able to identify high-leverage behaviors that, if changed, will lead to desired results.
Rely less on formal authority to effectively motivate and enable others.
Be able to use the Six Sources of influence to make organizational change inevitable.

Notes

Please note: This course requires a minimum of twelve (12) participants to be registered to run the section. If the minimum is not met and the section is canceled, you will be notified via email. Attendance is required at all sessions to complete the training.
