Course Description

Understand and enjoy jazz instrumental music through selected examples of standard jazz ensemble literature of all periods. Offered for individuals who do not want or need college credit. Since every semester audition is required, it is recommended to enroll after auditions. For audition information, contact Director Joe Ott, jott1@clcillinois.edu. Registration/payment should be accomplished after instructor approval. If college credit is desired, enroll in MUS 223-002.
