Course Description
Comprised of members of the community and students, this choir seeks to serve the artistic needs of the community. Its singers participate in the enjoyment, preparation and performance of traditional choral literature, from early Renaissance to present day. There will be performance opportunities both on and off campus. Performances scheduled on the campus at CLC are required of all Choir members. Students will receive information early in the semester regarding the purchase of concert attire as well as dates of Performances. Non-credit students are required to attend all rehearsals in order to perform. Exceptions will be granted at the discretion of the Conductor. Attendance policies will be discussed during the first class meeting. Open to all for credit or noncredit without audition. If college credit is desired, enroll in MUS 120-003.Typically Offered: Offered fall and spring only.
