You may have always wanted to try yoga but never got around to it. Well, now is your time. Let CLC help you make fitness part of your routine. This course introduces students to basic yoga exercise and is suitable for all experience levels. Register quickly! If college credit is desired enroll in the corresponding KIN 160 course.
